Vineland
The individual lots come up across the city, currently on Chapel Drive and Helen Avenue, taking the Lily and the Isabella. Vineland is the largest city in New Jersey by total area, and the practical effect is that a Vineland address covers everything from a dense grid near the center to parcels that feel genuinely rural. The lot matters more here than the town name does.
Forest Glen is the other half. It is a community of approximately 24 single-family lots we are developing in Vineland, coming in 2027. Nothing there has been released and no homes are for sale yet, but the interest list is open.
Between the two, Vineland is the address most likely to have something from us at any given time.
