New Construction
In Galloway Township
Galloway Township is where we have the most homesites right now. Four of them sit together on East Moss Mill Road, which is unusual for us, because most of what we build is one lot at a time.

Building In
Galloway Township
Galloway is the largest municipality in New Jersey by total area, and almost all of that is not developed. Much of the township sits inside the Pinelands, which limits where anything new can go and is the reason buildable lots here come up rarely and in small numbers.
The East Moss Mill Road homesites take three different plans between them: the Lily, the Isabella and the Chelsea. That is deliberate. Building four identical houses in a row is how you get a street that looks like a subdivision, and these lots are in an established part of the township rather than a new development.
Everything we have in Galloway is Atlantic County, and it is the only Atlantic County town we are currently building in.
Plans We Build
Here
Because so much of Galloway is Pinelands-restricted, new construction here tends to be infill on existing roads rather than new subdivisions. That is the kind of work we do.
Galloway,
Common Questions
Where in Galloway is Highland building?
Our current homesites are on East Moss Mill Road. The live list on this page is generated from our own build schedule, so it reflects what is actually available rather than a static page we forgot to update.
Are the four Moss Mill Road homes the same?
No. They use three different floor plans between them, so the street does not read as four copies of one house.
Does the Pinelands designation affect these lots?
Pinelands rules are a large part of why buildable lots in Galloway are scarce. The homesites we are offering have been selected because they can be built on.
Is Galloway the only Atlantic County town you build in?
At the moment, yes. Everything else we have released is in Gloucester, Cumberland, Camden or Salem County.
