Forest Glen
We are building four of our plans here: the Chelsea, the Isabella, the Lily and the Hailey. That range covers three and four bedrooms, one-car and two-car garages, and approximately 1,487 to 2,281 square feet, so the community will not read as one house repeated twenty-four times.
Vineland is the largest city in New Jersey by total area, and Forest Glen sits in the part of it that still reads residential rather than commercial. Cumberland County generally, and Vineland specifically, is where we have done the most work.
The lot count is approximate. Final lot lines, the release schedule and the plan assigned to each homesite are all subject to change as the approvals process finishes.
