Do you have a community development in Atlantic County?
Not in Atlantic County. Our two planned communities, Forest Glen and Hopewell Meadows, are in Cumberland County and are Coming 2027. Neither is on the market yet.
Are coastal building requirements different in Atlantic County?
Often, yes. Lots in coastal towns such as Galloway, Egg Harbor Township, Brigantine and Absecon can carry added flood zone, wind and elevation requirements, depending on the lot. Highland handles the engineering, survey and permits with the township before construction starts.
