Common Questions
in Cumberland County
Where in Cumberland County are you currently building?
Forest Glen in Vineland (approximately 24 single-family lots) and Hopewell Meadows in Hopewell Township (approximately 49 lots), both Coming 2027. Highland also builds on individual lots across the county.
How long does new construction take in Cumberland County?
Most builds take 5 to 8 months from signed contract to the certificate of occupancy (the town’s approval to move in), on a homesite that is already approved. Permits, township review, weather and finish choices can change that. Forest Glen and Hopewell Meadows are Coming 2027; the interest list is how we share pricing and lot availability as they are announced.
Do you only build single-family homes in Cumberland County?
Our current homes are single-family colonials with 3 or 4 bedrooms, in several model floor plans. Townhomes, condos and multi-family homes are not offered right now. If you have a specific layout in mind, ask us.
