We review the title, zoning, utilities, environmental conditions, any approvals and comparable land sales.
If the land fits what we build, Highland makes a cash offer directly, with no obligation to accept. We typically buy as-is, whether the lot is wooded, cleared, has a structure on it or already has approvals.
Most purchases have a 30 to 45 day due diligence period, then close within 15 days once contingencies are met. Contingencies vary by lot.
