New Construction
In Deptford Township
Deptford is one of the more built-out townships in Gloucester County, which means the lots we get here are almost always infill: a single parcel on an existing street, surrounded by houses that went up decades ago.

Building In
Deptford Township
Our Jericho Road homesites are that exact situation. They take the Lily and the Isabella, our two four-bedroom plans, because the lot dimensions can carry a two-car garage without crowding the setbacks.
Building infill in an established township is a different job from building a subdivision. The utilities are already in the street, the neighbors are already there, and the house has to sit correctly next to homes that have been standing for fifty years. We size the plan to the lot rather than the other way around.
Deptford is also the most convenient of our Gloucester County locations for anyone commuting toward Philadelphia, which is generally who asks about it.
Plans We Build
Here
Deptford work is infill: single lots on established streets, where the plan has to be chosen to fit the parcel rather than the parcel cleared to fit the plan.
Deptford,
Common Questions
What is available in Deptford right now?
The list on this page is generated from our build schedule. Our Deptford homesites are on Jericho Road.
Why only the Lily and the Isabella here?
Those are the plans the lot dimensions take cleanly. Both are four-bedroom, both carry a two-car garage, and both fit the setbacks on these parcels.
Is this a new development?
No. These are individual lots on an existing street, not a subdivision. Deptford is largely built out, so infill is most of what becomes available.
Do you build elsewhere in Gloucester County?
Yes. Gloucester is our busiest county. We also have homesites in Elk Township, Glassboro and Logan Township.
