Millville sits on the Maurice River, about 45 miles from Philadelphia, and it is one of the three cities (with Vineland and Bridgeton) that anchor Cumberland County. It is known for its glassmaking history, the Glasstown Arts District, and having considerably more open land than the built-out parts of Gloucester and Camden counties.
That last part is what matters for new construction. Buildable lots in Millville come up more often than they do closer to Philadelphia, and they tend to be larger. When one comes to us that suits our plans, this page is where it will appear.
