Forest Glen
and Hopewell Meadows
Forest Glen is the smaller of the two, at approximately 24 lots in Vineland. Hopewell Meadows is roughly twice that, at approximately 49 lots in Hopewell Township, where the parcels run larger.
Both communities offer the same four plans: the Chelsea, the Isabella, the Lily, and the Cooper or Hailey.

Neither community is selling yet. Lot sizes, pricing, and release schedules are still to be announced.
