Both communities are in Cumberland County and both are planned for 2027. Nothing in either one is for sale yet, and the lot counts below are approximate.
Forest Glen
Against Hopewell Meadows
Forest Glen is the smaller of the two, at approximately 24 lots in Vineland. Hopewell Meadows is roughly twice that, at approximately 49 lots in Hopewell Township, where the parcels run larger.
The plan mix is nearly the same. Both offer the Chelsea, the Isabella and the Lily. Forest Glen adds the Hailey; Hopewell Meadows adds the Cooper. Those two are the same house with the laundry room in different places.
Neither count is final, and lot lines and release schedules can change while approvals are completed.

Is For Sale Yet
We would rather be plain about this than have you find out three emails in. Neither community has released a lot. There is no price list, no lot premium sheet, no model to walk through, and no contract to sign. Anyone quoting you a price at Forest Glen or Hopewell Meadows is not quoting it from us.
What exists today is land, a plan mix, and an approvals process that has to finish before anything else happens. Until it does, the lot counts on this page stay approximate, because the final count is one of the things approvals decide.
The interest list is the whole offer at this stage. It costs nothing, it commits you to nothing, and the only thing it does is put you in front of the release rather than behind it. If 2027 is further out than you want to wait, the homesites we have released now are the better conversation.
