Building In
Logan Township
Our homesite here is on Main Street and takes the Chelsea, our three-bedroom plan. It is a single lot rather than part of anything larger.
Logan is a township of distinct villages rather than one continuous built-up area, so what a Logan Township address means varies quite a bit depending on which part you are in. As with the rest of our lots, the parcel tells you more than the municipality does.
For anyone working along the Route 295 corridor or across the bridge, this is the most accessible of our Gloucester County locations.
Plans We Build
Here
Logan is the furthest west we build, and the township is a set of separate villages rather than one continuous developed area.

Common Questions
What is available in Logan Township?
One homesite on Main Street, taking the Chelsea. The list on this page is generated from our build schedule.
Where exactly is Logan Township?
Northwest Gloucester County, on the Delaware River, bordering Salem County. It is the westernmost town we currently build in.
Why the Chelsea on this lot?
It is the plan the parcel takes. The Chelsea is our narrowest footprint, which gives the most flexibility on an individual lot.
Do you have anything larger nearby?
Our four-bedroom plans are currently placed in Deptford and Elk Township, both in Gloucester County.
