Hopewell Meadows
The plan mix here is the Chelsea, the Isabella, the Lily and the Cooper. The Cooper is the difference between this community and Forest Glen, which offers the Hailey instead: same house, but the Cooper puts the laundry room upstairs.
Hopewell Township is rural Cumberland County. It borders Bridgeton, Upper Deerfield, Greenwich, Stow Creek, Fairfield and Shiloh, and it is a different place from the better-known Hopewell Township in Mercer County. Lots run larger here than inside Vineland city limits, which is the practical reason the community can hold roughly twice as many homes without feeling dense.
As with Forest Glen, the lot count is approximate and the release schedule is not set. Lot lines and plan assignments can change while approvals are finished.
