Building In
Pittsgrove Township
Our homesite is on Buck Road and takes the Lily, our largest plan at approximately 2,281 square feet with four bedrooms and three full baths. That plan suits the setting: on a rural lot the extra first-floor room with its own bath tends to get used, and there is space for the footprint.
Salem County is the least populous county in New Jersey, and Pittsgrove is farm country with lakes through it. Buyers who look here are generally looking specifically for that, not comparing it against a Deptford or a Glassboro.
It borders Vineland, so a Pittsgrove address puts you close to Cumberland County services while staying in Salem County.

Common Questions
What is available in Pittsgrove?
One homesite on Buck Road, taking the Lily. The list on this page comes from our build schedule.
Why the Lily on a rural lot?
There is room for the footprint, and the Lily is the plan with a first-floor bedroom-capable bonus room and full bath, which tends to matter more on a property people expect to stay in.
Is Pittsgrove near Vineland?
It borders it. Pittsgrove is in Salem County and Vineland is in Cumberland County, but they are adjacent.
Do you build anywhere else in Salem County?
Not currently. Pittsgrove is our only released Salem County homesite, though we do look at land throughout the county.
